International Arrival Time

1. The arrival time of goods varies from country to country. Circle Fabric usually chooses DHL Express, FedEx, UPS for international shipping, and the transit time to most countries/regions is about 4 to 7 business days. Please allow for unexpected delays.

2. Regarding the possibility of unexpected delays.Delays in shipments are caused by data errors, weather, invalid addresses/phone numbers, unavailability of the consignee, length of time the package may be held at customs, and other unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot predict such delays.

Usually, shipping times are slower during the months of November and December. Please keep this in mind when planning your project.

3. Can I track my order?Yes, all international shipments are accompanied by a waybill number.

4. Do I have to pay additional duties or taxes?Customs fees vary by country/region. You will be responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore, customs will need to pay to release your order. We recommend you investigate potential fees before placing your order, as different countries have different procedures. We are not responsible for any charges, fees, or duties.
