Yes, we offer free samples. FabriCenter has experienced fabric sales professionals who will be happy to provide you with free fabric samples.

4. Can I request a custom product unavailable on your website?

Yes, Circle Fabric supports custom fabrics. Please get in touch with us to discuss this.

5. How do I place an order?

You can order samples directly from our website. For wholesale, please get in touch with us, and we will need to check shipping costs for you if you cannot process your order on CircleFabric.com

6. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Shipment arrival time varies by country. FabriCenter usually chooses DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS for international shipments. The transit time to most countries/regions is about 4 to 7 business days. Please allow for unexpected delays.

7. Can I track my order?

A waybill number accompanies all international shipments.

8. How do I contact customer service?

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm Hong Kong time. The Sales department will answer e-mails received after hours the next day.
